What you can expect from us.
Follow-up of tickets linked to the tool, integrated in the client’s architecture, as a HR brick of a more complex solution (multiple ERPs as sources or targets, and EAI / ETL for data transport)
Responsible for integrating the four quarterly SuccessFactors releases into the client’s environment, including validation of all flows between the Cloud application and the client’s ERP
Assistance to project teams (IT and business oriented) for the drafting of non-regression tests and the follow-up of the drafting of the detailed functional and technical specifications if need be to adapt the flows and the client’s applications following the different releases SAP
Automation to the maximum of the testing operations in order to facilitate and validate the first technical and functional recipes
Tracking of tickets related to a new release or integration bugs
Coordination, development follow-up and quality control, with workflow management in Microsoft TFS 2015, tickets related to the SuccessFactors solution
Proposal strength, based on demands and needs, on the SAP SuccessFactors solution
Drafting technical documentation (architecture, configuration, parameters ...) and support for L2 and L3
What we expect from you.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially in the Employee Central, Profile, and Recruiting modules
Mastery of oData APIs in general and SF in particular, as well as provisioning
Knowledge of SAP Fiori (allowing a new SuccessFactors UX) and the Performance module would be an undeniable
Perfectly comfortable with Microsoft SQL Server 2012+, advanced use of T-SQL
Advanced use of Microsoft TFS 2015, integrating perfect PBI management
Knowledge of the operating principles of Microsoft BizTalk or Microsoft SSIS 2012 EAIs or ETLs
Common use of Microsoft Windows 8.1 and Microsoft Office 2013 tools
French and English fluent
