What you can expect from us.

Play a key strategic role in the development of the German speaking part of Capgemini Switzerland
Manage and grow our account base as well as acquire new clients
Proactively identify, qualify and pursue new business leads
Maintain close relationship with internal Leaders of Competence Centers
Leverage our strategic technical alliances
Contribute to writing proposal
Build business development strategies


What we expect from you.

Minimum of 5-7 years of sales with a special focus on IT Services
Experience in distributed delivery model and selling of services with offshore components (ideally in India)

Knowledge of Capgemini strategy Group is a big plus
Strong prospecting, qualifying and closing ability
Must be resourceful and self-motivated
Strong oral and written communication skills
Team player
Hindi fluent (in order to deal with our team based in India)
English fluent
