What you can expect from us.
- Build business development strategies
- Manage and grow account base as well as acquire new clients
- IT business development or IT delivery such as business analysis /project management experience
- Extensive experience in working on large banking projects in a multi-national environment, preferably onshore/offshore model
- Well versed with international banking culture, structure and operations
- Keen interest in new IT trends such as block chain, machine learning and big data
- Ability to open business network channels in Switzerland possibly with large corporates
What we expect from you.
- University degree in Business Administration from a top tier business school
- Minimum of 8 years of sales with a special focus on IT Services
- Strong International assignment exposure in distributed delivery model and selling of IT services with offshore components
- Strong local network of IT and business executives across a variety of industries and business functions
- Experience in block chain based solution offerings
- Responsible for end to end project management – business case analysis, design, development, testing through deployment;
- Strong prospecting, qualifying and closing ability
- Must be resourceful and self-motivated
- Strong oral and written communication skills
